In 2019, having worked for the NHS for over 20 years, I took on my first leadership role. At the time I was looking to develop my leadership skills in a way that I could remain authentic and genuine. I believed this would help me to build trust with my team and prevent me from finding myself in a situation where I felt insincere or out of my depth. At the time I turned to coaching for my personal development, and went on to complete a coaching and mentoring qualification with the Institute of Leadership and Management. Since then I have used this skill to lead my team through complex change, as well as coach colleagues across a wide range of job roles to achieve personal and professional goals.
Over the years in my personal and professional life I have seen first hand the extraordinary things people are capable of in the most difficult of circumstances; most importantly the importance of self-belief and small steps in overcoming any barriers to making a change. Working together we will use these principles to empower you to achieve your goals.
